Pam Custers is the founder of The Relationship Practice, based in London UK. The practice specialises in supporting clients to create relationships that thrive, with her 10 strong team working with clients both locally
and across the globe.

Her experience is diverse, and includes working closely with those in the public eye and international sporting figures. She has a rich, wide ranging background, including working as a university lecturer and running a video unit within the psychology department of a major university.

Since graduating with her M.A., she has worked for the NHS, Relate, Schools and in drug rehabilitation. She was approached to join the board of trustees for a national insurance trust dedicated to supporting psychologists and those in the counselling profession.

She currently works as a psychotherapist, speaker and as a consultant to various media projects and uses this experience along with her insights and perceptiveness to develop her unique, solutions focused approach to couple work. Pam has made her expertise available to a wider audience via online programs, group workshops and weekend retreats. She runs workshops for senior members of a number of organisations on the vital role healthy relationships play in the workplace. She is a sort after for personal coaching for those who are in senior positions for a number of multinational organisations

Jo

Jo works with young people and adults, and is an integrative Counsellor/Psychotherapist and Relationship Expert with many years’ experience at RELATE. Her areas of expertise include phobias, stress and anxiety, fear, depression, addiction, menopause, life stages and personal development.

In schools, Jo works with ages 3 to 18 with a wide range of issues such as self-esteem, bullying, behavioural, anxiety and friendship issues. Jo is currently working as a resident young people’s therapist in both a high school and a junior school and also at Pam Custers & Associates. She has a special ability of making children and young people feel truly at ease whilst at the same time, being able to process the difficulties they face.

Annette

Annette is an integrative Counsellor/ Psychotherapist with extensive experience working with individuals and couples around issues of relationship. Her areas of expertise include depression, stress and anxiety, burn out, work related issues, bereavement, addiction, personal development and events around life changes.

Annette uses a range of techniques including CBT and TA. Her approach to therapy draws on Person Centred, Psychodynamic and attachment based principles. This links into an individual style of relationships which are vital for our happiness and wellbeing. She is an accredited member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy). Lorraine

Lorraine has a Masters Degree in Couples Therapy and a Psychology Hons degrees . She is presently finishing her post graduate in psycho sexual counselling. Her areas of expertise are for couples who are looking for a clear path towards dealing with their challenges in a solution focused way. This moves couples quickly into a way of communicating that creates rapid change. Lorraine works with a wide range of issues. Lorraine is able to draw on a range of skills in response to her client’s needs. Lorraine has an ability to understand even the most complex dynamics and is highly perceptive. Lorraine has great success working with couples who wish to separate “well” and uses our techniques that are honed over many years to achieve a good separation.

Leanne

Leanne is both a counsellor, lecturer and supervisor. Leanne has a warm and supportive approach to both individuals and couples. She works with adults and young people who are 16years or older. Her feet on the ground and her wealth of experience. Leanne provides support using CBT amongst a range of other skills. She is also highly experienced in dealing with grief including the complexities of losing a child or close family member.

Andrew

Andrew works with individuals couples and families. He is an integrative therapists who draws on a range of modality that suit the particular issue that is presented.
He comes with unique expertise that he brings to his work in order to tackle some of the most challenging issues that relationships face, including anger, depression and anxiety. Andrew has a special ability to create a space that enables our clients to deal with these emotions in a very manageable way and is especially good at working with PTSD. Andrew is generous with his knowledge and expertise and clients come away feeling fully empowered to manage the complexities that life manages to throw at us. Andrew also brings his consulting experience working with leaders at the CEO and Permanent Secretary level in private and public sector organisations across europe and the USA. Andrew trains therapists and is highly regarded in the psychology world with his innovative approach

Andrew holds an MA in Couple and Family Therapy. (BSc, MSc, MA) and is MBACP Accred. He has extensive experience, consulting and working at RELATE and in private practice.

Michael

Michael is a highly experienced therapist. He has worked with couples, individuals and families over a number of years. He comes with a wealth of experience. He has worked for RELATE Employee assistance and is now a senior therapist at The Relationship Practice.

Michael comes with a very easy approachable personality and works well with both men and women. His acute perception and humour plus his “no fuss attitude” enable clients to deal with even the most challenging of issues. He has worked with individuals dealing with a range of issues. Self esteem, trauma, depression, anger, anxiety, bereavment, work dynamics and stress. He is able to draw on his experience as a first responder to provide a very steady pair of hands to those that have faced trauma. Michael is often called into critical incident situations in order to manage trauma and mediation.

His work at RELATE gives him the gold standard of working with couples. His straight talking supportive and warm approach sees couples making great shifts as he draws on his solution focused approach. Michael supports couples navigating, parenting, divorce, communication, blended families and life stages. Michael works well with both men and woman and has a unique style that supports couples in finding a co created solution to all of relationships difficulties.
