Relationship conflict advice 👇* Express your Relationship conflict advice 👇* Express your thoughts and feelings directly, without blaming your partner. Use “I” statements instead of “you” statements.
* Listen: really listen to your partner and show that you’re listening.
* Be open-minded: assume your partner has good intentions and always consider their perspective with empathy
* Compromise: when possible, find a middle ground that allows both of you to feel satisfied.
* Focus on solutions: refocus the conversation on solutions and allow everyone to speak.
* Use the right body language: be mindful of the language you use and approach the problem with empathy
* Seek professional help: if conflicts are frequent and difficult to resolve, consider seeking help from a relationship therapist.#relationshipconflict #relationshipadvice #coupletherapy #couplehelp #coupleretreats #marriageadvice #conflict #couplecounselling
Shying away from all conflict is not a solution as Shying away from all conflict is not a solution as this will leave many unresolved issues out on the table. Instead it's important to focus on effective communication so that conflicts get resolved rather than escalate. Couple's therapy and our Couple Intensive Retreats can help.#conflict #relationshipconflict #coupleretreats #couplecounselling #relationshipconflict #couplearguments #relationshiphelp #relationshipadvice #effectivecommunication
